And Happy Reformation Day to all. I wanted to share this quote (with shades of the “Five Solas”) from evangelist/apologist Mike Gendron (of Proclaiming the Gospel) that caught my attention:
During the Reformation, it was the Word of God preached by men of God, empowered by the Spirit of God, that produced children of God, all for the glory of God.
P.S. A few more signs not to take too literally: MIND THE GAP (or WATCH THE GAP) on railway platforms, WATCH YOUR STEP, and HUG THE CURB. Also, the sign in the home décor store advertising THROW PILLOWS might prompt a pillow fight. :-D
